Family behind proposed “Sage’s Law” files lawsuit. Earlier this year, Delegate Dave LaRock carried the bill that passed the House of Delegates by a partisan 52-48 vote but later died in a Senate Committee controlled by Democrats. This bill would have forced public school officials to out transgender students to their parents. Michele Blair, the adoptive parent and grandmother of the child behind the namesake of the law, filed a lawsuit against the Appomattox County School Board, superintendent, school guidance counselor, outside councilor who diagnosed Blair’s child with gender dysphoria, and the public defender from Baltimore who represented Blair’s child.

Appomattox County voted overwhelmingly for Glenn Youngkin in 2021 and the outside counselor is a graduate of Liberty University. The attorney for Blair is Mary Elizabeth McAlister. In the past, McAlister has said that “Satan and his minions” are behind public school programs.

Andy Ngo plans event in Richmond at Commonwealth Club. The right-wing propagandist and Post Millennial editor-at-large is scheduled for a speaking event at the private gentleman’s club on September 22nd. The event is put on by the Common Sense Society which previously held an event in February at the Jefferson Hotel with Douglas Murray titled The War on the West.

Mike Dunn suggests militia rally in Richmond on November 5th. During his militia rally in Glouster County, Kenneth Michael Dunn said that he was considering a rally in Richmond on November 5th, Guy Fawkes Day. Although it is traditionally an anti-Catholic celebration by Protestants, it has taken an anti-government meaning since the movie V for Vendetta.

Conservate activist Ron Hedlund says he has been charged with “Erecting… Penis.” Ron Hedlund took to YouTube to announce that Henrico County has charged him with ordnance violation for displaying a 16-foot sign with a large cartoon penis at RF&P parks. Hedlund gained national attention for displaying his sign at a youth baseball game. Additionally, he posted a video of him meeting with a police sergeant from Henrico who issued Hedlund a court summons to appear in court on September 22nd as well as a notice that trespasses him Henrico parks for an entire year. Hedlund is currently served with a protective order against him for harassment towards the Henrico County Manager.

Confederate Statue Graffiti Remover Leaves House After Power Washer Leaks Gas. Bobby Eberth of VA 2A is for Preservation Lovers was a reoccurring fixture on Monument Ave during protests in the summer of 2020. Eberth would come armed with a power washer and remove graffiti from Confederate Statues. However, last weekend had the Chesterfield Fire Department arrive due to a power washer leaking gas into the vents of the Eberth residence. Eberth is currently the President of Virginians for Children First.

Former Chesapeake school board candidate arrested for assaulting law enforcement on January 6. Jared Miller was charged felonies for his role. Earlier this year Miller appeared alongside former Delegate Tim Anderson while Anderson was campaigning for State Senate. Miller and Anderson shared a common theme of opposing LGBTQ books in public schools.

Lee Trespasser arrested again. In June of 2020 Riley O’Shaughnessy was arrested for trespassing the building next to the traffic circle at the Lee Monument during the going protests. O’Shaughnessy was seen at roof the building on 1805 Monument Ave and was employed as an officer at the Richmond International Airport. Since O'Shaughnessy had his charges dismissed.

Records show that on August 24th O’Shaughnessy was arrested again in Goochland County for Driving While Intoxicated and Carrying a Gun While Intoxicated. Records also show that O’Shaughnessy is charged with refusing a breathalyzer test.
